Team Learning

The Team Learning Lab uses a prized learning technology, which has organizational learning concepts and application at Ford Motor Company as its basis.

It is designed to ameliorate team performance as it offers structured methods and tools for application of Systemic Thought, Mental Models and Shared Vision in the context of team learning. Participants will learn to:

  • Create shared vision of the desired results;
  • Use specific tools to analyze their practices in the institution, in work place situations;
  • Develop a systemic structure change of plans, which inhibits or reduces the chances of team success and goal achievement.

Structured in 14 hours, the equivalent of a 2-day workshop, it may also be segmented into many 2-4 hour meetings, where the participants may attend from different places. The process is also designed so that the team leads the process of learning, and in this way, the consulting team’s participation is reduced to a minimal.
